Responsible for placing diverse, high potential talents for technology and business operations positions, specifically in Computer Science, Data, IT Infrastructure, Application Development, Cloud Computing, etc. This position requires sourcing and interviewing. To be successful, you must be people-oriented, organized, and technically savvy in order to manage multiple databases. Must have experience with diverse placement techniques, strong attention to detail. In this role, you will perform full cycle placement as needed and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community-at-large.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Professional research and build up relationships with potential clients.
*Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales.
* Determine all required placement requirements and assist all apprentice participants to exchange all information appropriately.
* Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate efficient working of the company.
* Manage all candidates progress and prepare required strategies to complete all programs and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
* Prepare all resumes and conduct interviews with all candidates and provide assistance to all graduates and reviews all procedures of the placement department.
* Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through phone and email.
* Work with candidates to provide necessary services in order for students to get hired.
* Manage team of recruiters
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong project management and time management skill
* At least 3-5 years of related work experience in a business development setting
* Placement experience required
